North Dakota Radio Ad Calls for Energy Bill Passage in House
North Dakota Ag Connection - 06/25/2009

The American Values Network, Arlington, Va., added to the largest paid media campaign ever by the progressive faith community Wednesday with a new radio ad in North Dakota calling for passage of the energy bill that is before the U.S. House of Representatives.

The ad, narrated by a local North Dakota minister, specifically points out the leadership and effectiveness of North Dakota Congressman Earl Pomeroy and how, on behalf of North Dakota's families, his leadership is needed more than ever in supporting and passing the energy bill.

"The energy bill would create 4,000 jobs for North Dakotans, create new markets and income streams for the state's farm families and set our nation on a course to reduce dependence on foreign oil, clean up our environment and strengthen our national security," according to Burns Strider, president of the American Values Network. "The energy bill is needed for North Dakota and our entire nation."

The North Dakota radio ad will run at heavy saturation levels across the entire state of North Dakota.
