The University of Minnesota Extension and North Dakota State University Extension have teamed up to host a pivotal webinar on International Lamb Trade and Economics. Travis Hoffman, a respected sheep specialist with NDSU and UMN Extension, emphasizes the potential for growth in U.S. lamb consumption, currently at 1.2 pounds per person annually. He underlines the global nature of the lamb market and its significant impact on local producers.
